I feel that we should pause for a moment, here and now, and attempt to increase our collective intelligence via sense making of the priorities of Harvard Business School.

The purpose of this dialogue map is to create a holding environment for sense making to evolve and reach Main Street so that “No Zip Codes are Left Behind” in this evolving conversation. A holding environment serves as an organizational memory to generate shared understanding and shared commitment to the HBS vision. Much of the IQ in Harvard Business Review articles will continue to shape the evolution of the best practices and next practices for years ahead. That said, the key challenge for leaders is to achieve the attention span (concentration) to absorb and leverage the insight from appropriate (cherry picked) case studies in order to manage the core competencies and capabilities of an organization.
